• Born in 1981, Sezgin graduated from the Department of Public Administration at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Gazi University, in 2004. In 2014, he obtained an MPA in Public Administration from Florida State University in the United States. He began his public service career in 2006 as an assistant expert at the Prime Ministry’s General Directorate of Family and Social Research, and continued in his role as an expert within the Ministry of Family and Social Policies following its establishment. He currently works as an expert at the Ministry of Family and Social Services, focusing on family policies, population policies, gender and gender studies, and the effectiveness of social assistance. She contributes to strengthening institutional capacity in the processes of designing, implementing and evaluating the impact of public policies.
