Clarification Text on Personal Data Processing
The extent to which your personal data can be processed by Toplum Çalışmaları Derneği as a “Data Officer” is explained below. Your personal data is processed by the Data Officer within the framework described below and always in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”).
Toplum Çalışmaları Derneği (“TÇD”) shows maximum sensitivity to the security of personal data. The scope of processing your personal data by TÇD is explained in detail below.

- Registration of identity, address, tax number and other information necessary for the identification of the owners and persons concerned of all kinds of business and transactions, and their arrangement on paper or electronically,

- Execution of information security process,
- Preparation of client meetings held in our law firm, consultancy offers, legal reports and examination of offers for other legal services,
