Atalay, began his career as an Inspector in a private bank in 2013, transferred to the Radio and Television Supreme Council in 2018 and started working as a Supreme Council Expert. As of 2024, he continues his career as a freelance lawyer as of 2024 and is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Young Academics Education, Culture and Research Association.
