• Born in 1988, Tetik graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Department of International Relations in 2010. In 2014, he completed his master's degree in Political Science and International Relations at the University of Delaware in the United States, and in 2019, he received his doctorate from Durham University in the United Kingdom with his thesis titled “The Discourse of Change and Continuity: The International Politics of Turkish National Identity Formation (2002–2017).” He began his academic career as a faculty member at the Department of International Relations at Hitit University in the same year and continues his academic work there as an associate professor.
