He graduated from the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i University in 2018. He began his career working at the Istanbul office of EY, a financial auditing and consulting firm. Following this experience, he completed a master\u2019s degree in international relations at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University in Boston between 2021 and 2023. After completing his master\u2019s degree, Mustafa G\u00fcl continued as a Research Assistant at the Fletcher Russia and Eurasia Programme, affiliated with the Fletcher School. Following this experience, he worked as a Research Assistant in the Turkey Studies Programme at The Washington Institute for Near East Policy, a Washington-based think tank.
