In the same year, he began working as a research assistant in the Administrative Law Department of the Faculty of Law at Gazi University. He obtained his master's degree with a thesis titled \u2018The Principle of Social Risk in the Context of the Faultless Liability of the Administration\u2019 and his doctorate with a thesis titled \u2018The Jurisprudential Character of Administrative Law\u2019.
